The Aviation Ground Services Working Group is responsible for the Aviation Ground Services Agreement (SGHA), which forms a "model" contract for the provision of ground handling services.

This workshop took place in Geneva from 15th till 17th February, 2011.
Mr. Mohamed Hanno, Executive Chairman of ASE Group, and Ms. Nathalie Vanderbauwhede, Ground Handling Agreements and Marketing Manager, attended this workshop.
